I believe that social media and television or news can be very deceiving and almost scary in the way it gives out information or stories. When the situation first came around, of course it would be bombarded with questions and concerns. But in truth, a very little amount of people have gone out and actually done something to change it. Although we may get our information from social media and our technology, that does not mean we can hide behind it and push through our arguments purely on the fact that we saw it on twitter. I believe that to get the true facts, and to find out what is really going on in this world, one must go out and do something about it themselves. Because there is no other way you could find a true story with a real ending.
