Index revisions + critiques

This was my original website-

After looking at the critiques, i realized i needed to make my website responsive and work out some issues with the background being seamless. I also had troubles with the link placement, considering they were in divs so i couldn't make them responsive with the rest of the website. 

This is my website now-

I believe i have fixed a majority of my problems, yet my links are still not going to be responsive. Because of this, i know i still have work to do, and I may have to reorganize my placement once more. But the critiques showed me many things and helped me advance my website.
